CloudMetis SMS — product overview

CloudMetis lets Kenyan businesses, schools and organisations send SMS to Safaricom, Airtel and Telkom numbers from one dashboard — or from their own systems through the API.

What you can do​

Your own sender ID. Messages arrive from your organisation's name (for example MYSCHOOL) instead of a number. We handle the registration with each network.

Prepaid SMS units. Buy units in advance by M-Pesa, card or bank transfer — one unit sends one SMS part. The more you buy, the lower the price per unit. No monthly fees. See pricing.

Send right away or on a schedule. Send to one person, a group or all your contacts in seconds, or schedule one-off and repeating messages (daily, weekly, monthly).

Personal messages. Address each person by name, and keep message templates for things you send often.

Contacts and groups. Import contacts from a spreadsheet and organise them into groups and tags for targeted sending.

Delivery reports. See which messages were delivered and why any failed, export reports, and resend failed messages.

Opt-outs handled for you. Numbers that have opted out are skipped automatically and never charged.
